All services are with Cipher Advisor. We do not contract with any AI company or product. Our services include advising on specific AI products and assistance with procuring licenses or enterprise accounts, but all contracts are owned by your business.

- Basic AI Orientation. This is ideal for small teams who are willing to invest in learning about artificial intelligence. You’ll leave our training with a good grasp of how the technology works, what it can do, and what you can do next if you choose to learn more about AI.
- Precision Use Case Exploration. This package is ideal for teams that know AI has value, but they need a project manager to identify a use case and implement it. You may need to understand the basics before you can explore a use case.
- Advanced AI Strategy. This package is for businesses willing to invest in transforming how they work. The advanced package is split into two parts: identification and implementation.
For identification we interview stakeholders, audit your process, and identify how to transform your business. This work is all instructive to get you ready for what you need to do to transform your business. However, not every business wants to transform right now. If you’re not ready to implement, you can stop at the identification stage.
For implementation we act as project managers assigned to transforming your business. We can advise and execute on contracts with specific AI products and services. We integrate with your staff to implement a change strategy for new processes in your AI strategy.
